Before we begin, this space is for every body to learn, grow and transform. To help Streamline the process I’ve included a few tips before we begin.

SPACE TO MOVE position yourself in a space free from distraction with enough room to fully extend your limbs in all directions.

SET UP yoga mat, streaming device, bottle of water, and a light set of weights- water bottles/soup cans will work too.

*if you have knee sensitivity, I suggest extra padding such as doubling up your mat, or a folded blanket/towel.

BOOK LIVE CLASSES once you’ve booked the week’s classes you’ll receive a class link to join. (hosted on Zoom)

class replays will post that day at 12:00 CST

WEEKLY SCHEDULE this is just a suggestion. I’ve included 2 target area workouts per day but this is completely optional. Listen to your body and go at your own pace, maybe take a rest day or choose one for that day. It’s completely ok!!! Trust me, you’ll still see results.
