SUNLIGHT getting outside within 30 minutes of waking helps to balance your circadian rhythm and energize from within.
GROUNDING this one is the most difficult for me living in a city, but simply placing your bare feet in the grass, sand, etc… free of all tech devices for 20 min has so many benefits.
MATCHA paired with oat, almond, or coconut milk is my morning EVERYTHING. I like to add a little maple syrup or coconut sugar for a bit of sweetness.
MORNING or LUNCHTIME WALK a quick, brisk walk in the summer months clears the mind and sets the tone for the day. It doesn’t have to be long, just enough to move that energy throughout the body.
