A few things to incorporate into your routine for getting the best night’s sleep.
SET THE MOOD dim the lights, light candles, add salt lamps to create the vibe.
A HOT SHOWER or bath with fresh eucalyptus hanging. I get mine from Trader Joe’s.
TAKE THE ENERGY DOWN this can be by doing one of the many nighttime yoga classes with Kassandra. Not only is her voice so soothing- her practice calms the body, mind and soul. I also really like a good relaxing meditation or frequency playlist.
