

Summer is the best time of year! Endless sunshine, glowing skin, outdoor cafes, farmers markets and sundresses! I wanted to capture THAT essence in the Summer of Corps program. Let’s feel toned and comfortable in our bodies, move with freedom and reconnect to playful spirits. Over the next 21 days, we’ll challenge our bodies in a kind and gentle manner by working ‘smarter not harder’ with strategic movements and sequences that shape and define. We’ll learn to let go and listen to our bodies and do what feels good for each particular day as we move into summer months. See you on the mat!!
